Well its been awhile , I'm getting ready to start a pretty good size exterior renovation. and for what its worth I hope its entertaining to some .... I know CTT love them.:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

I should note that i have done a huge amount of work to this house and I will put up some before and after.
 
For you guys that don't know it, Loveladies is part of Long Beach Island, big bucks, beautiful beaches and incredible homes.

Alot of snow in some of those before pics....definitely gonna be some snow in the after pics....you ever get any summer work???
 
wow! that is a lot of work you have done. I can't wait to see what it looks like when you are done with it this time. Stay warm. I think we are in for a nasty winter.
 
Are that the fake cedar siding? My dad did those to his house and like them so much did his 2nd home in Nags Head with the same stuff. From a distance you cannot tell the difference and no more painting.
 
hey lumber, if you guys wanna come to florida for spring break( water doesn't freeze in the air here, usually), i ve got a small bathroom with a rotten sub-floor you can knock out in a day or two and beach it for the rest of the week.......
 
wow that really is some nice work. This weather must be kicking your a$$ though. I can't complain. I've done 4 salvages since the storm we had on Wed.:sly:
