New here!

I was down at Seaview Monday still looks the same!
I am getting a lip this year, I was thinking about Earls but now have decided to go to Seaport Marina. You will be able to look off the route 6 bridge and see my boat. Right across from the fish house were I sell my catch, going to be nice and easy this year!!

It must have been tough for you to not have a "lip".

(Ok I should shut up, I probably do more typo's than anybody and MJ may give me a real "lip").

Congrats! You need to have an "open slip party"!!!

Yea so don't give me any lip!! LOL Now you know why some here call me the windtalker!!

Beer is fine and they have the Foxy Lady right around the corner!

Ha!
Our Rosborough is right around the corner on the north side of the bridge at Whaling City Marina. Not sure if we going to spring for a slip for the Wellcraft. Would be much easier then trailering it but then I would have to apply new bottom paint and zinc etc. The wife is all for it but I'm going to have to come up with the cash.

Should be a hell of as time this summer at the Seaport. I would imagine they will have the outdoor Tiki Bar open. Seems they had it setup last year but never open it. I wonder if they had trouble with permits etc. I notice that the Seaport is rebuilding the seawall.

Got some more work done on the boat. Removed the bail mounts from the previous owners electronics and filled the holes in the dash.

Couldn't get the Garmin 192 to mount in the same location on the dash as the previous electronics due to the internal GPS antenna on top of the Garmin unit. So I built a little box out of starboard to mount the unit on the right hand side of the dash. Came out pretty good and cheaper then a RAM mount.

Also installed the doors to the cuddy/V berth.

I'm going to toss out the old bail mounts. Not sure what they are for but if anyone has any use for them let me know and I'll send them out to you.

nice job staying at it....supposed to hit 45 F here today....planning on pulling back the tarp and getting a little done myself.

The wood was a mess when we got the boat. I sanded everything down then went with 6 coats of Helm'smen by Minwax. Not the best stuff to use but it came out OK. I had a good portion of a gallon left over from doing the wood on our Whaler.
