Good luck with it Reel. I agree with you that the best BBQ is that which is so juicy, tender and tasty that it needs no sauce--maybe just some on the side for a dip or two.

Sounds like a road trip is in order. Reel, how far from Topsail? We'll be dragging the boat to Topsail in mid August for a week at the beach this year.

He is more than smokin, has them lined up out the door. He and his partner opened up four days ago officially and he is very happy with the set up so far and the people are piling in by word of mouth alone.
My friend is going to be like Bubba Shrimp in no time:beer:
