Just replaced head gaskets, accessory drive gear assembly and air compressor on my dump truck.
I have a bunch of logs to run through my sawmill. Thinking of starting a cabin build on my land in WV.
My backhoe "rusty hoe" needs a couple hoses, powersteering pump rebuilt, and new tie rod ends.
Shovel snow, just got an inch of sleet and ice.

February is when I try to service my trailer. Grease the bearings or replace if they are growling. Check the lights & replace any carpet on bunks that’s worn.

I usually try to go through my reels and clean & grease if needed, tie some pompano & Spanish rigs.

Our season usually starts mid March, so gotta get moving.

Always something

Steady working on flood damaged property. Today it is a boat hoist motor, some electrical and washing boats. Sun is out, 70 now on its way to 80 degrees. Then back to running trim in this old trailer.🤦‍♂️

Locate a fuel leak in my tank , hopefully it’s on top , replace a rollover on my trailer then the regular stuff
Check all electronics, horn, radio, bilge, lights. Tighten all screws, change fuel filter, clean plugs, fix stripped bolt hole for the thermostat , install battery’s grease, grease, grease. Check tires and lights. Grease all points on the engine. Did I miss anything? Let me know.

my projects tend to last longer than just one season. Rebounding from the divorce, going thru what's left. My 72 Chevy Stepside is being stored by a friend in SC. Not going to do anything with it anytime soon, I wont even think about doing anything to it till i have another shop to work on it at. . My 06 Dodge 3500(daily driver) is in line for a transmission job. I'm putting an onboard air compressor on it as well. 84 EL Camino is in stable condition, although it badly needs new doors from rust. It stays at Sneads Ferry and I rotate it with the Dodge to keep it running and in good order. At some point, I'm building a fresh 350 for it, replacing the trans with a 700R4 and I have a Fox body 8.8 with 3.73 gears for it. Once the doors are replaced, it will be inline for paint. 99 Sea Ray sun deck is at the upholstery shop getting a new interior. Once its done, it will be finished and put up for sale. 17 Sea Hunt just needs an annual, although the trailer is looking a bit rough. 17 Diamond is ready to sell, just need to get the title work done. I've got about 10 projects around the girlfriends house that need to be done. Her 56 Thunder Bird is still at the shop( 4 years), I'm not pushing for it to come home as parking is at a premium right now. I'm slowing unpacking my reloading equipment and building a new bench, not really a priority since i don't currently have a place to shoot. Girlfriends houseboat on Kerr Lake will need a good cleaning once the weather warms up. Currently, I'm trying to concentrate on teh Sneads Ferry house. It needs a fair amount of work. I jack up the house a little every time I go down there trying to level it out from settling over the years. I've got one door that needs to be closed in. Just replaced the main breaker panel. Need to do some wiring to the utility closet. I built a rack for the kayaks to get them out of my shed. I had to make room for a full kitchen cabinet set I got from the neighbor, so I'm redoing the kitchen area. I really wish that I had more experience with carpentry. I'm planning on putting mini split in at sometime. At some point, once the door is closed in and the house is level. I'll start painting the outside. Meanwhile I'm still going back to SC to bring more of my stuff up to NC. So that's pretty much my normal.
