I own a 1978 and its almost broken in sure shes old anyone can go out and by a brand new boat but try to get a 1978 steplift its harder than you might think
That's right Step,
78's are hard to find,
only reason I got mine was the previous owner had it from new
and his life situation changed and had to sell.
cfelton great idea for a post! Beings myself and others like photos, here's mine. I know she's not the oldest or the newest but maybe others will post their photos.
Well, I went from one end all the way to the other....started with a '73 and later sold it. The new owner has a 200 johnson on it and I see him from time to time.
Now I have a '94, but I feel sure someone one here has a '95 or '96, so I doubt mine is the newest.
:-/
Man, yall definately got some pretty boats. I feel privileged to be in such a fine group of v20 owners! Im planning on buying a buffer soon to polish mine up a bit and Id like ta repaint my bottom before spring. Shes covered up and winterized for now.
AKScooter, I finally found your post. Thats a neat looking boat you got there. I believe you got the oldest V Ive seen. I didnt know they went back that far.
