What Do You Think?

I never said or implied that a Tea Party Endorsed candidate would be the answer to all our problems.
That does not exist.
Human beings are flawed creatures, the only perfect being that ever walked this earth died on the cross for us.
What I believe, and I may be in the minority here is that you must strive for the best you can get in politics.
Right now there is a loose knit organization of citizens that have gotten together in towns across this country to put pressure on the federal government to abide by the Constitution.
Wow, how freakin radical is that?
They have come together in loose knit organizations across the country to put pressure on the federal government to live within its means, stop spending money we do not have.
They are independents, democrats, republicans, atheists devout Christian groups, small buisnessmen and woman, regular mom and pops who are concerned for their family and their childrens future, they are afraid of what is being done to our nation in the name of Social Justice, and Redistribution of Wealth.
Otherwise known as socialism.
They have not been co-opted by any group or individual and to say so belies the whole reason of existence for these Americans.
There are some politicians which identify with the Tea Parties, Palin is one, Bachman is another, along with around 60 recently elected congressman and senators.
The Republican hierarchy has tried its best to rein them in to no avail.
These are American patriots who have been vilified by a left wing press, a hugely wealthy Democratic party and the RHINO's in congress.
None of the Washington Elite wants anything to do with them and that should be the first sign for anyone with two brain cells bouncing around in their cranium that they should have all of our support.
Now lets talk about some of these imperfect politicians running now.
I want you to tell me one of the republican candidates that you don't think would be head and shoulders over the Socialist Sh!t we have in office now.
Tell me which one would not turn this country around almost immediatly.
There are some who defile people because they are devout in their religious beliefs and feel they cannot lead this nation because of that.
Well i am sorry, but all of our Founders were devout believers in God.
Every great leader this Nation has had was a devout Christian.
Who here does not believe that a President Santorum, or a President Bachman will not get up every mourning and spend many sleepless nights reining in a out of control federal government, releasing the entrepreneurship of our economy, lowering our taxes, removing the federal regulatory prison our nation is in, return power to the states, honor our military, protect our nation, ensure the liberties of the people .
And Protect and Defend the Constitution of the United States as they swear an oath to do.
I'm sorry, if they aren't the greatest slickest orators, or have billions in cash from backers, or use Faith only when politically expedient, they actually believe in God. Or the Lame Street Media like the Huffington Post has decided they are not sophisticated enough, or they don't give any Talking Heads a thrill up their pant leg.
They are good people, have a track record of doing the right thing, have taken on the Political Elite in Washington and refuse to compromise their values.
Yea, Bachman, Santorum, people like that, no F'n good. Might bring a little Faith back to Washington. We don't want no one guided by that sh!t in office.
H@ll next thing you know, the government might balance their budget, the economy might create half million jobs a month, people will look at us strangely like there really is an American Exceptional-ism.
You will really secure the border, you may even be able to leave a Cross up in the southwestern desert. Holy Crap
How would we ever survive.

My problem right now lyes with the frontrunners the lamestreet media are cramming down our throats. I personally feel that Newt is nothing but a turncoat who goes with the money, Perry was a democrat until it became more feesabile to be a republican, and Romney just doesn't strike me as nothing but a wolf in sheeps clothing. Bachman seems way out of her league with some of the comments I've heard her make, but I also realize that every mistake she makes will be amplified by the MSM to there favor. Haven't really researched Santorum, but I am in the minority that supports Ron Paul and what he stands for. At least with him we know his stance as he has proven time and time again to be consistent in his beliefs and stand by his convictions. I just can't believe after the blunder the election of 08 became, that the canidates we now have that are the so called frontrunners are the best the GOP can coime up with. I believe we have truly come to a point in time where we need to forget about the D or R in front of there title and maybe vote in an independant to show these crooks in DC we mean business and it's time the status quo changes.

I agree with you Ferm, the candidates are not my preferences.
I wanted, in this order the candidates to pick from
1. Gov. Mitch Daniels
2. Rep Paul Ryan
3. Gov from Virginia, I drew a name blank, sorry
4. Senator Marco Rubio

Guess what? All decided not to run.
Bachman has more experience than Obama ever had, in every aspect, business, government, international.
Guess what else, she is honest, she is a believer in our Constitution and will be good to her word.
She is not in the pocket of big business, nor the unions.
Santorum, boo koo senate experience, honest as the day is long, strong believer in the Constitution, strong on family values, very smart fellow.
Either of them would be a good candidate and would do the right thing by all of us.

Why does the Right ignore Huntsman...is it because he answered the call of his president or because he's Mormon (not Christian)...he certainly is qualified and has exactly the foreign experience needed...I don't get the brush off he's gettin'...he's the only one in the field I would rush to the polls to vote for...and believe me, I'm LOOKIN' for an alternative.

My ultimate pick would be Ret. Gen. Colin Powell...THAT'S the guy could pull this country back together...he's the real deal...
