Step you need to rant or rave about something? :) Lets test and see if there's interest right here in this thread.

I'll go first....

Rant: It really chaps my arse that there's only 24 hours in a day - how are you supposed to get anything done?
Rave: I love my boat and this site!

Rant,,,, I didn’t go fishing cause the weather report said rain, it didn’t rain and they caught a lot of fluke in the area that I fish. Friggin weather reports. Get them right please
Rave. I love this site. It helped me on so many issues that I had.
 
Rant: I finally bought my 2025 fishing license with associated tags and endorsements, so I can go fishing Thursday of next week. I’m 3 weeks short of 50 years in Oregon, which would have allowed me to”Pioneer” status an saved me around $100. I guess I’ll just have to stay alive until 2026 - that’ll show ‘em.
Rave: I’m with you guys. I love this site for the help I’ve gotten, and more so for the really great guys & gals here.
 
Here is my rant today.
You go to home depot or Lowe’s or even Walmart. You want to buy a light bulb right?
What do you get? Day light,——soft white,——bright light,——evening light,——clear light? What the heck, I just wanted a light bulb. A friggin light bulb.

I use stihl weed wacker, chainsaw, blower, etc. Same deal. The chainsaw and the blower is no problem, but the weed whacker gets me every time - which is ON - O or dash? Weed eater is very particular on the starting procedure!

I use a sharpy marker and write on/off on all my electric tools. Saves me a ton of cursing, especially when starting my generator
 
Sure I understand but if your going

to use symbols. Shouldn’t O be on and - be off just print off and on. Geez.
Last nights rant. Here I go. I’m driving home from bingo with my wife and this friggin jeep is behind me with those ultra bright lights. They should be illegal. They blind the person in front of them. I hate those lights.
That’s my rant for today.
My rave today is this. I found a great place to buy spearing for bait, west marine. Yeah you heard me. West marine.
