I think he's seein' a 3 and thinkin' it's an 8...it would be an understandable mistake if he's over 40 or so and hasn't gotten glasses...that or either he's a LYIN' sack of horse poopie ...
I think the most hp the v20 was rated for was 235 not 250. Could be an issue for the insurance guy. I'd repower with a 125 and at half speed I'll still do 42 or 43 mph.
