Looks like a very nice boat.
First thing I would do ( I learned from experience) illuminate the oil injection. Add the oil to the gas.
Second thing I would do is get rid of those trailer brakes. Trash them. They lock up all the time
With the engine
New plugs
New water pump
Replace or add water separator
Grease grease grease.
Replace the batterys
Check the steering system
Check and remove the prop and grease the shaft
Change the lower unit oil
Check all lights and bilge pump
Check that it has a good fire extinguisher
Check that the trim works
The bottom of the hull looks great from what I can see
Check the transom if not to bad leave it alone
And that just the beginning but it’s all fun to do
You can do all that in one or two days.
And if your Spareparts. 15 minutes.
I don’t know what kind of winch that has if any but change the strap and get a spare tire too
