V20 Caps available from LandsEnd

OK, here's the deal from Land's End... Here is the new revised logo. It's 3.96" wide X 2.00 tall ...

It's $135 for the setup fee. than $8.10 per logo plus the cost of the hat and shipping.

Now you can do either Gilligan style or baseball style solid or 2 tone.

You have to order a min. of 6 hats...

so maybe we could do the regional thing and we could  just pickup hats at our regional head location if you only want 1 hat. And you could split the order of 6 up with a couple of members.

If you wanna order 6 hats on your own than you call LE and with the ref. #  you place the order and they will send direct to you. You pay for hat, logo and shipping.

The deal is you have to stay in the same category with your order... Like hats are one category, woven shirts is another category, Lugg and so on. Call them and they will tell you what items are in what category...

Once they have the setup fee than LandsEnd will deal with who ever has the ref #. To place a order for our Logo. On what ever items you chose. Just a min. of 6 items.

Now i know another member as offered to do this for us. For FREE and thats fine,,, LandsEnd has been great to work with so far. But whatever we want to do as a group is fine with me...

My .02 cents we should not worry about the $135 setup i think as a group we have proven that if we as a group decide to do something it gets done. $135 small price with our close to 800 members.

I guess its in wiseguy hat now so to speak, let us know what he can do and what we decide to do as a group.

Re: HAT'S HAT'S HAT'S V20 Style

This is the logo that WILL NOT fit on hats.

Would work with everything else they do just not HATS.

put it here just for comparison...

Its $135 setup fee and $8.10 for logo plus item ( not hats) and shipping

Re: Alot of Cash V20 Style Hats

I stoped in one of those Quick stores for a cold one on the way home from work. and when i was ckecking out i happen to look up and the guy had maybe 200 different caps on a line hanging up from the ceiling.

None that said V20 Step-Lift but nice caps... And they all had something stiched on the front and different colors. I asked the guy how much and he says $8.00

Whats the deal with landsend how much can you make on a cap. I mean how good can it be...

So, what you say V20 members to much $$$ for a one of a kind cap.

Wise Guy help us out here. is there something i can email you. To get a better price for us... Z

Re:  V20 Style Hats available at LandsEnd

O.K. Zman,

I'll say it. I'm confused. ::)

If your asking how much I'm will to pay for a hat, I would probably pay up to $12.00 to $15.00 for a one off hat.

Re:  V20 Caps available from LandsEnd

I'm even confused. What's the setup fee for? - they apparenty already have it setup (or digitized)! Looks like nice work, though.

If you want, I'll do it - read my post in 'off topic' . If not not, I'm good with that too. Just making the offer. There's fish to be caught.

Re:  V20 Caps available from LandsEnd

Right now there are hat offers on the table from two different directions...one from Zebra's efforts thru Lands End...the other from Wise Guy...

All embroidery shops I've ever worked with charge a set-up or art-fee to make the supplied artwork into a useable format for them...LE's charge isn't out of order...normaly...

Wise Guy apparently has access to the embroidery machines, but doesn't HAVE to charge a set-up fee...for me that puts LE's deal on the back burner, until we can make something happen thru Wise Guy...

Chesapeake has the art Wise Guy needs to make it happen...we just gotta get it to him...

Re:  V20 Caps available from LandsEnd

Anybody know where Chesapeake is!!??...need him to send logo to Wise Guy for hats...HEY Chessie...you out there, Bud? 8)...
