Todays test Run

Didnt expect to take her out today, but the guy at the boat yard who helped me load her, said, LETS DO IT !!.
So excuse the mess in the boat. The boat was loaded with all my tools and stuff for the trip home. She started up on the second try. Starter spun ??
She ran great, plenty of water out the exhaust, but still not as much as I wanted to see coming out of teh pee hole, New water pump coming along with new volt and water psi guage. She rode great, the motor was smooth running. My friend did notice the the motor turned sharper to one side the to the other side, about a 2 inch differnce. Might need a longer arm he said ?
Still need to bolt the seats down, patch and paint inside, but I gotta tell ya all, being out there on the water, I totally forgot about the "Things to get done List" I had a big old ghrin on my face. I was loving it. The stress just dropped 75 percent. Even with the dinged up prop, she ran really well. Steering slightly stiff, but some of the wifeys sex lube and it'll be fine ;D
Bad thing is I'm busy all week until Sunday. But I'll be taking her out for sure on Sunday !!!.
Need to work on the enclosure and the dive platform. My booty is waiting for me out there on some unknown wreck.
Enjoy all the pics.
The guy driving is the yard guy.

Yes it does!!

Good Deal!!

Did you open it up at all?? The motor will piss better when you get on it.
You may or may not need a pump, But they say, When in Doubt, Do it!!

don't sweat the little things!! Just get going!! It takes me 3 to 4 years to get a boat the way I want it. Its trial and error.

But here in Ma. I only get to use it 4 to 5 months of the year to use it to see how I want things.

Lookin' good I'm glad everything is working well, mine is ready to take out for the first time IF it ever stops raining 9 days and counting.....Ted

Mac, she was peeing abit better when I throttled up on her. Tac was reading 5200, good or bad, dont know ???
Below the pee hole, there are to rectangular ports, exhaust they look like . they were blowing out alot of water really well. Looked at the receipt on when the lower unit was serviced, says impeller was replaced. $25.00.
I called the guy up and he said the Water Pump is about $150.00 and the impeller is part of the pump.
I'll be dropping it off to him next week and we will go from there. So hopefully in two more weeks I'll get some more work done.
