Today's Etec sighting...

I remember when I was a Coastie in Chicoteague the small boat station got Honda 4 strokes for their RHI. I just couldn't get over how quiet those things were. Made me wish I was a Boatswains Mate. They have all the fun, with the small boats anyway.

What, no pictures of your V out on that calm water. ;D

Looks like your are going to have a great view when your office is completed.

Yeah, that Airslot ;)... he's got life by the Nortons 8) ...

That I do REEL, that I do....

I didn't get luch for the coasties on that day, but I have in the past. They also play golf for free ;D

Frayed....when were you stationed here?

Has anybody heard any confirmed negative reports on the E-Tecs yet. I checked out their site the other night but they did not have any bad items to recall.

These motors havent been out long enough for me to say they are as good as advertised. I am hoping they will live up to what they are advertising.

I've not heard a complaint from an owner yet. I'll get the skinny on that coastie RIB soon enough I'm sure. There is a guy in our community with a Grady 190T, similiar to our boats, that has a 150Etec that he got last year. I know he loves his.

Yep. blowing right good. IT should let up in a few hours, then blow again tomorrow as I understand it. Then it stays N NW 10-20 the rest of the week. Looks like we will warm up over the weekend ;D

Private, pending who ya know ;) With all the construction in the ramp area right now, its no joy. Great ramp 1 mile down the road in G'Backville

Yup, but its a two way street, hard to get to Gargatha from here ;D I'd be happy to show you around Chinc bay one day reel soon ;)

Let me finish my roller project and we'll get together.

I would not want to get to Gargatha from there. Chincoteague has a better inlet so I'm told. Not much water in Gargatha, but after this storm it could be a total different story.
