What he said. A 31 is a BIG tub to push with outboards, even the new 350's would be worked HARD to do it. They did a 28 back when the OMC V6 loopers first came out, but the numbers weren't the greatest. 240HP YANMARS are a good match for that hull, enough HP and torque to plane out but small enough to sip fuel.
