The day after............

Nice and sunny today. We saw our first hefty snowfall yesterday. My snowblower got it's first good workout of the winter season. Very bad driving conditions with cars disabled all over the place. Luckily, I just had new tires put on wifey's Jeep GC last week. Got an e-mail from MJ saying they lost lights and water down on the Cape yesterday and he might have to setup residence in his camper. They did have to move the residents of the looney bin to a shelter.

Gonna be a long winter and I'm starting to slip into depression. >:( :'( :'( :-[

what about all that medication....? for our protection....? How much snow did you get? We got about 2" then it went over to rain by 7am [fri.] they even closed school for the day

Not to worry. Medication is in full effect. ;)I might be depressed, but at least no one will get hurt. :)

Started off light here then turned to full white-out blizzard conditions in the afternoon. I ended up with 6" of heavy wet snow. More to the north of me. The roads are still a mess capped with a layer of about 2" of ice. Slow going. Got to head into Boston tonight to work. Luckily, I had last night off.

I think I need to spend some money on some new fishing gear to pull me out of my depression. ;)

Hey CB we got just about 8" here, heavy winds afterwards that made some deep drifts. Cheer up and just remember that after Christmas all the fishing and hunting stuff goes on sale ;)

CB I feel your pain! After doing the snow make yourself a hot toddy and sit down and relax. We had 4" here in Detroit. I can't wait until the Super Bowl. Bill Mc ;D

CB, feel bad for ya, but REALLY bad for MJ...power-out/no water ain't fun...happens around here w/ice/snow combos (we're on a well, so no power= no water) and it REALLY AIN'T a good thing... :P...

Man, snow = magic. We got a 6 inch dump last thursday here in Indiana, and I've been skiing on roads and in parking lots every night since. Just don't tell campus safety & security I said that.
