Spanish in NC

still haven't done the new thing to post pictures since the PB meltdown. But, had a good morning fishing out of New River Inlet/N Topsail NC last Saturday, left them biting, put 24 in the cooler, with 4 over 24 inches, 75% were caught on green Clark spoon, on a planer. Was back at the house by noon.
 
Good to hear that there's still fish in the ocean and that people are out there catching them. Glad you had a good day Spare. :clap::clap::clap:
 
Over 24" those are some nice ones. Much bigger than that grab the gaff!
For perspective, keeper king mack has to be 24",

someone on FB posted up a charter out of Atlantic beach caught a 9 lb 2 oz spanish, it looked like a king, lateral line was def a spanish
