Shrink wrap question

Morning everyone, last year I shrink wrapped my boat. This year because I was not able to use it I cut a hole in the rear of the wrap, just enough for me to get in and pump the fuel out of the fuel tank. My question is this, do you think the shrink wrap guy will be able to successfully make a patch over the hole I made? Roughly 30x30 inch's .I just don't want to have to pay for that again obviously!

My V20 had exactly the same thing John. I cut a hole in it because I didn't want to buy one of those zippers that you can use on the wrap. I only cut 3 sides of the plastic to make a flap, went in and did the wiring I had to do. I used Gorilla tape (the black 4" wide roll you can buy at Home Despot) to reseal along the cut lines. It' held all last winter and all this summer. If you threw away the cut piece of shrink wrap use a piece of Vis-Queen plastic sheathing
(https://www.visqueen.com/products/vapour-control-layers/vapour-barrier) cut to size and held in place with the Gorilla tape like I already mentioned. If you don't have any Vis-Queen PM me your address and the size of the hole and I'll mail you some over the weekend.
