I'm stuck here at work. Not suposed to be, its my weekend off, but the Chief drug me in anyway. Most of all, no overtime is being given. He will simply give me another day off at a later time. >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(
 
I've had that scam pulled on me, put a kabosh to it early though, found out from experience if you give em a yard they take a mile and it means nothing to them in the long run.
 
Chief is trying to look good in front of the new City manager.

Saltwater Sunday is on ESPN2. Great feeshin shows from 7 - 9 am on Sunday mornings. Not enough ice to fish on and too much ice to break with the V this morning. The fish are out there, I just can't get at em today. So, I'll sit and watch them catch nice fish somewhere warm and enjoy my coffee.

Hammer, I know what ya mean to a point. I work in a different system, but I work almost every holiday for an event. I alos work more than 40 a good portion of the year. I had 2 months comp time built up after my first year here. When I wanted to take off February, well, we worked it all out. ;D

Well, you started that coupla weeks ago...I didn't know Saltwater Sunday was back on...when I came to this thread it was about time for Jose and I didn't even read to bottom of thread...Jose da MAN!!... 8) ...liked what he did w/ the locals ;) ...
 
Did you hear that Oz, Franco got one of them there new fangled high definition Tee Vee's.
It's nice on Easy St.. He must have something going on down there. ;D

Sounds like Franco is just gettin ready to host the V-20 convention. He's got sun, babes, new boat, cold Killians, and now a new HiDef TV....here we are lookin at the possibilty of a blizzard in the coming days?

I say we all head south and hang with the Pubah till this winter thing blows through. ;D

I went out of Rudee yesterday we marked fish and bait all day and NEVER had a hit. We heard there was one bite yesterday and they said it happened at the spot we were at but we nver saw any boat hook up, I think someone was putting out bad info.

There must have been over 100 boats yesterday and no ne we saw hooked up.

We fishing from 6:30 am (COLD) until dark and never got a hit.
