Or, help me through this time of temptation. Somebody just walked in my door and offered me a 24' Albe for 9500. :o

Juss kiddin'...do ya know this particular albe?...single or twin...gas or diesel...ever been on it/fished it...riggers?...pix?? ...yer KILLIN' me here!! ;D ;D ...
 
I don't "know" this particular boat, but I do know the 24' Albe very well as I put almost 2000 hours on one. This one in particular is a 79 hull with most things being replaced within the last five years. No pics, sorry.

The good news is, I've cooled off. The Albe is a great boat, but for the fishing I can afford to do at this point in life, the "V" is a perfect fit. When I can afford that third bot though... ;D
 
A friend of my fathers (Woods) had one of them. One afternoon Daddy happened across Woods offshore and the weather got bad. Woods couldn't make no good headway until he fell behind Daddy in the V. I was surprised when he told me of this. That was one of the stories about this boat that impressed me.
 
Look, there will be no "choppin" V's 'round these parts...aside from the odd neglected soul that turns up from time to time....and we like to refer to them as "donor boats." ;D
 
Sorry I missed the rest of your post here AIR. Does this mean I gotta puts the parts back on your V, or just drop them off in a box. ;D
