I'd recommend not buying a brand new prop until you are sure what you need.
I'm betting the Prop Shop will let you try one out. Most shops will, there really is no other way to know what prop is the right one. Twhrider sounds like a guy that could help. I live too far away but I have a 15x19 cupped Michigan that I'd recommend, Quicksilver makes a good prop too, imo.
I'd hate for you to lay out $400 & find out that doesn't fix it, try to find a way to test one out first, best to be sure.
All the advice you've gotten here is good but I'm a simple guy
---Find out the WOT speed for your engine.
---Find a prop that will get you close to that speed with a normally loaded boat.
---Keep your old prop for a spare & go boating.
