My wife was kind enough to go outside and take some pics and send them to me at work.

Those boys are gonna grow up fishing on that boat. Makes me smile just thinking of the memories you are gonna create! ;D

Me too.

Hey Whalen, I noticed some sort of white material on the ground in your photos and the ones Willy posted as you left with the boat, what is that stuff?

That there is what we call snow up north here. It actually has been pretty scarce around here this winter. This is what's left from the only snow that really accumulated so far this winter. The ground around the boat was covered yesterday and now most has melted away.

You know what sucks about buying a boat in February????.....not being able to use it. I swear I couldn't sleep last night just thinking about getting out on the water.

Welcome to the site and to your first real boat!!

Post a lot, and when you have got a bunch of pictures, let me know and I will set you up with a gallery!!

Good Luck!

Thanks MJ....BTW, I grew up on the Cape in Brewster....father lives in Mashpee currently.

So that's what snow looks like ;) Just kidding, I'm originally from upstate NY. There is a very cold reason I don't live farther north than I do. Eastern NC rocks for winter weather, no snow in 2 years, and when we do get it, it isn't much.
