mine was only 5.0 lbs. but taking a pic, with the sign and tape measure was not that easy. especially since I was by myself. the state record for stipers is 57 lbs so I am under 10% but it was a good day on the water. ;D

Great fish guys!!!!!!!!!!

I think Sean going to sew this up this year!!

A bass from here is useless to enter from here cause thge recoard here is 73 pounds!!!!

With the move, school, work, and having to go to NH for the daughters collage all by the end of the month, I will be lucky to even fish the turny! :-/

Sean I asked about the shirt because, as an electrician, my work makes us wear flame retardent shirts much like yours. Billy Mac ;D

CY, I just threw that fish up there because it was the biggest I caught today (actually bigest Black fish this year) Its 25inches and 9.something ponds.  State record is 21 and change so thats only 40something% :-/,  but still a big black fish in my books ;D
MJ, I don't think I'll come close, this year ;D, with my schedule with my wife in school and my daughters, and the Fall weather, my fishing is taking a huge hit :o I'm just practicing for next years contest ;D I hear you with the stripers, State hear is 70 something, I would need a 40+. I'm hoping for a 15lb Black fish (a goal I set earlier this year) ;D

Lance: I think you need to go further south. A decent day at the CBBT and this tourny. would be in the bag. Flounder, Sheepshead, croaker, spot, cobia, tog, stripers, reds. All around still. Go to the CBBT with a cooler full of hard crabs and about a dozen spot and you will win this thing.

Cobia 87 0 1999 John Shanchuk Off Sea Bright   that's all a small ass 87 lb cobia wow we catch them here at least 100 lb plus

i hate to spoil this but why ya DQ 1 fish for not seeing the scale but you haven't dqed this one? you can't read that scale either. be fair here guys must i be the ref here lol.

I think Skools means DQ (disqualify). and he brings up a pretty good point. We need to see the fish on the scale and be able to READ the scale. We dont need anybody getting pissed because they said their fish weighed something. so from now on. We need to see the scale ;)

Thanks boys ;D

I've got a report to post later, when I get caught up, but thought I might throw up a pic of the winning fish...
