What it didn't say in the video. The manhunt became a coordinated multi-agency task force with hundreds of officers with the goal of hunting this POS down.. It occurred in a bad neighborhood that I had the displeasure of calling home for a couple years. They shut down a mile radius (give or take). Including where me and the wife work. The suspect knows, Cop killers don't have much life expectancy, especially in Polk County, FL..

The wife was having the playground rearranged at Lakeland Regional Medical Center yesterday morning. LRMC was a madhouse to say the least. I ran into a detective with LPD that said it don't look good for the officer. Prayers go out to his family, friends and fellow officers. Sad.

I'm surprised he was allowed to turn himself in. Polk County normally don't let em make it that far without some swiss cheese coming into the mix. Then again Polk County has become one of the largest meth producers in the entire US, and they are aiming to change that.
