New 3 sided enclosure

Opened the wallet and got it done. $1500, which seems f@#$ing steep to me but that was the going rate... Convery Canvas in Toms River,NJ

Looks great. The center walk thru rolls up so I can still get the wind in my face when I want it.

Looks good. Its amazing how much canvas work costs. I had a guy in Toms river do a 4 sided enclosure for my Striper in 09 for $1500. It included a Bimini and boot too. I tried calling him a few times in the past years but no good. Most people wanted double at the time. I took a shot an it worked out for me. I need to get at least 2 sides made, I have the windshield piece, but I really don't want to shell out the cash.

Looks Great

Looks great!

I will not be able to do a top this year because of the expense I put into the stringers, floor, re-wire, console, slip fees.............

Next year I will look into either a hard top of a bimini with an enclosure.

Does the hard top through off the center of gravity at all?

Very nice well done. I guess the next item would be top mounted outriggers??? Since you go the distance am sure you will get to use them!

That's a great looking setup, including the hard top. I'd like to be able to stand up under cover in mine - there are plenty of days here (Oregon) when it's raining but otherwise fine for fishing.

Skunk,
Looks great!
The smiley zippers on the side are sweet.
Anyone that's tried installing/sewing one of those smiley zippers knows how much work it is to get them right.

Fantastic! Looks like a totally different boat. You'll be glad you opened the wallet. I guarantee you that. I would like to have new eisenglass sewn into my enclosure. Especially the front windows as they are a bit cloudy from the years of use.

It was just the canvas work for $1500....the aluminum is 10 years old

Looks great, Skunk!!...he did you a good job...sometime down the road, pry that wallet open again and spring for a back wall for it...you can actually put a small heater inside then and really extend the season...
