That is Emmet Fitzpatricks V20 ;)

Jeez, you guys just got me all excited about starboard. Now I hafta start over.

Seriously though... that boat is purdy but mine will never look anything like that. She's gonna be LOVED and by that I mean fished hard and frequently treated to the scrape of SCUBA gear accross the deck.

As they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I gotta throw in with the "patch it up if you can" guys. My wife's Dad was a real SOB - I LOANED him a beautiful little outboard motor that I got from an older guy that I really looked up to and the jerk SOLD it with his boat before he died (typical for him). But she made the effort to hook up and feels really good about what she did. When they'e gone, they're gone. We're having Mother's day with my Mother-in-law who's 91, walks several miles every day and is the opposite of all the mother-in-law jokes - I definetly got lucky.

Happy M.D. from out west.

Great Pics. Tuna. Great Work as well. Love that V that Willy posted. Tuna as far as scuba gear goes, well...I just installed one of your basic platforms that you see on all the V's just last season. Looks like maybe next week I'll be yanking it off and selling it. I think I got something that will mount all the way across the stern and sticl out about 30" off the stern. Well know more Monday. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I do now!! ;)

Well I have had it hard with both parents but since this is mothers day, I will talk about that.

Mom and dad divorsed when I was 9 years old, dad was a drinker wife and child beater to boot!
for years we were very poor and never had much, But mom did what ever it took to keep food on the table, not always being the best mother but doing the best she could with what she had.

As the years went on things got better and better, and I got older and was a real pain in the a$$ as a young teenager! (if you can belive that) well at 17 I got in some trouble with the cops, minor but none the less mom sent me to VT to live with dad, someone I hated, but I gave it a shot.
7 months later I returned to mom after dad and I went at it, lets just say there was a axe involed and I was holding it!

After I got home things were much better, mom got a better job, nice car and things were great for my 3 younger brothers.
I on the other hand had a chip on my shoulder and was mad all the time, so mom and I were at each others throats all the time.

When I was 18 high school drop out and no job we faught all the time, and one day she packed up all my stuff threw it out side and told me not to come back!

She says all she wanted was for me to come up and say I was sorry, but being a hard head I am I left took my stuff and moved in with my now wife of 26 years.

We went years with out talking, and at 24 I was having my son, and we started talking again, I was more mellow by now and so was she.
Things went well for a few years and we said if we ever fight we just go are own ways and call each other the next day, and go for coffee.
Well we still faught all the time over a lot of stupid little stuff. But were able to keep some order to it some how.

Any ways here we are 27 years after threw me out of the house, yes we have are little spats, but we get along fine!!

i got her a 8# Lobster last year for mothers day (she would kill for lobster!!) This year she is in NY with her own mother and will not be here till the end of the month.
We talk every day and I love her to death, but it is diffacult at times!! I just say its that she is 70 now and loseing it LOL

Guys I know how hard it is, but be the bigger man and reach out, before its to late!!

well thats my story!!

Happy Mothers Day and all the othyer moms out there, We love you all!! :-* :-* :-*

Slot, as I remember it took me a couple of hours to get through all of 'em. :-X
