when does your fall striper run really get going? It's a bit early here on L.I., water temp. is still a touch under 70 degrees...I do recall swimming up in and around the Cape during the summer and the water there was obviously colder than it is here. As the crow flies, you guys are probably just around or under 100 miles NE of me...any good striper reports? You guys ,I'm sure, already know this, in case you don't, check out NOREAST.com. Very informative.

phester, the fall Striper run is in full swing right now!. Boston Harbor is silly with bass. I've been hitting them pretty good this week. The guys down on Cape Cod (MJ's territory) are starting to hit them pretty good now as well.
Ya gotta love topwater action in the fall. Lots of Bluefish with some big Stripers down below too. I've got to get MJ up my way and get him into some of this action. Maybe this week MJ? I've got a couple vacation days bud. Putting a new roof on the front of the house, but that is just a two day project. I'll be calling you.
