The white tape is for holding the fuse in there for the test, I had to make the wire harness longer and for got to disconnect the battery before cutting the wire  :o

I did not have a short 20 amp fuse so I used a long for now.

I did not have a power tilt switch on the control so for the moment I ran the wire and made my own remote switch I can use from inside and out side  ;D  Will get 2 new switches in the spring, for dash and motor

i think it looks great on ya boat! congrats MJ...you deserve a full day of catching fish now! go get em!

You deserve some good luck MJ. I'd part out the Yamaha. You should get $200 for the cowling alone. Then there's prop, lower unit, carbs etc.

Trying to save MJ a few key strokes cause he's a busy man...His replacement Yam came apart on the maiden voyage, no need to rehash that one...The Bracket is a Stainless Marine Gil Bracket I'm pretty sure.

Thanks all!! I need all the luck I can get!!

Yes the Yamaha has been sold to a whole saler for $800 so I can't touch it!!
When he ever gets here??

Bracket is stainless marine 29" set back with full swim platform.

Thats awesome MJ!!! I really am happy for you bro!!!! :D

What did you do to the bowrail holes? i am thinking about removing mine too. 5200? Epoxy?

Thanks guys!

Formula 27 works great just like Marine Tex, but easier to sand, and you can add color to it, I did not add but looks ok.

5200 is good for stuff, but I found if you use it on deck to cover stuff it turns yellow after a while.

My boat was 20' 6" from the factory, but after adding the bracket and anchor pulpit from front to rear I am now 25' !!

Thats how you streach a V20!! ;D

congrats MJ really happy for you. Now like everyone else has said, go get some fish. ;D

Oh yeah don't forget the pics 8)

ALRIGHT!!...Go ahead, MJ...lookin' good 8) ...

Hey, I'm pretty sure I saved the remote trim/ tilt switch off my old Rude...ya want it?...could be dash mounted or beside controls...anywhere ya want it!!...
