I came home for lunch and fried up a couple fillets. battered, then dipped in egg and rolled in potatoe flakes.

A little cocktail sauce on the side never hurts either.

I use Zatarains fish fry...I mean wet, rolled in Zatarains, dipped in egg then rolled in the spuds.
