Doing my usual pre fishing Intell to dial in on the fish.............

Maybe Raritan Bay- up side of Verranzano Bridge to Sandy Hook from what I hear so far.

What other V's fishing Friday ?

I'm hoping to run out of MI heard the bites about 20 miles north right off the beach, all along Monmouth county...just don't know how rough a ride that's gonna be 4-6 @ 10 seconds...

Forecast is not cut & dry. Bad direction but only 5kts -10 kts. Hard to be sure...

Look at Ambrose bouy 44065 data when you wake up and if you wait til sunrise, look at NJbeachcam Manasquan (thesurfersview)

I'm gonna try Thurs early and Sunday. Maybe pull boat Sunday or Monday.

Step up is not going but am enjoying the company with my son and grandson from San Francisco. Tight lines to all.

Loads of school bass pretty much from the tip of the hook to the highlands bridge today. Caught one keeper on the troll on the way in. There were some keepers trolled by the sticks today. We were out from about sun up till 11:30 am.
 
Same here.....saw 2 V's off sandy hook, exchanged waves with one.
Birds and short bass that i caught on shad and umbrellas.
Also saw whale off Monmouth beach area....
