IXWEBHOSTING - Bad Service

Ok . . . Ever since we switched to IXwebhosting, the site goes down randomly (sometimes up to 4 times per day). I am in the process of aquireing some shared space on a dedicated server hosted with rackspace . . . so hang in there.
 
I find that I can't get here some times but if I tyr again in a few min. I come right in! Hasn't been to bad!
