It's understandable that there are already misguided calls for tighter gun control in the wake the shootings, but I tend to look at things a little differently. By all accounts, the school principal is a hero, rushing at the gunman, trying to shield the kids. For her efforts, she is amoung the dead adults. I cannot help but wonder if things might have been different and lives might have been saved if she, or any of the other teachers for that matter, had been armed. But of course, she wasn't, because Ct is not a right to carry state. Just something to think about......
