ITS NEVER TOO COLD FOR BOATING!!!

Just got my V-20 week before thanksgiving. Went out on it Nov 25th, as well as December 2nd. I live on Long Island (NY). It was cold, but it was well worth it to check out my new boat. Biggest problem now is that April is still 4 1/2 months away!!! Anyone have advice on how to make it summer right now in NY?

Who needs summer? Just get some good fisherman gloves, some of those handwarmer packs, some hot coffee, and you're good to go!

hey , another Long Island guy, welcome. Get a full enclosure and a Mr. Buddy or Coleman catalytic heater and you'll be stylin'. I took my enclosure off today, fogged the motor, pulled the batteries etc. etc. , in other words I'm done for 2007 :'(

Get you a setup like this:

and one of those Mr. Heater Buddies....and you'll not care about the weather....at least until you get mad cause your iced in ;)

Welcome to the madness trouble:) Slot just wanted to show off that crisp looking top....can you blame him?? Hey Slot which ramp is that anyway?

The BEST striper fishin' we do is in dead of winter down here...the full enclosure and Coleman heater are the deal...a fur-lined jock-strap helps, too!! ;D ;D ...

Slots top is the nicest one I've seen yet!! About the pictures of my V-20, I will take a few sunday when I am home and its actually light out. Its real dirty right now, but it cost me $1500 and it runs great. Wait till you guys see the metal transom, you're gonna have a field day with it, and hopefully someone will tell me why its there!
