for all my friends who are in the rebuilding of they wellcrafts dont give up, REMEMBER ITS NOT JUST A BOAT YOUR REBUILDING ITS A LEGEND, I own a 1978 and still love those lines, just having a little problem with the trim right now

I agree, Mine is 99% done now and to a point where I can take her out, but it was a long road to get here. About halfway through I was getting really discouraged and thought about what I should have done differently. It's all worth it now.

Just don't ever add up your receipts and by all means..... never let your wife know!

haha...my wife loves to see the receipts because it's cheaper than the HS 2796's I have been looking at.
 
have my sweetheart/baby on a trailer in my driveway and im sitting in the back yard looking at her and im sayiny to myself bboy do i love those lines, now let me remind you the boat is 35 years young and i own her for about 18 years and im never ever tired of looking at her and once i get the trim fixed we will be on the water again
