G - It was just too far to drive from Oregon to Florida to borrow Phat’s cat.

SC, sorry I thought the pictures were Phats, because at the end of the pictures, he said, sorry I couldn't get the cat to pose. Hope you enjoyed them.

G - they were good, but will be better next time, now that we know better how to cook them. Hotter pan, crisp up the skin but don’t over cook the meat - we didn’t over cook, but didn’t get the skin right.

Phat, I’m more of a dog guy, though dogless now. You catch a lot more fish, so I’m sure the cat is much happier with you, and there’s all that training it has invested:haha:
