I bummed that some scumbag stole my fishing poles from my boat this week some time between last nite and tonite.
tomorrw I will let the marina owner know and probably make out a police report.
 
Lumber, sorry man. Those are the times that I wish I could walk in and catch them in the act. I would be so nice to help those scumbags that steal from us, get personally acquainted with a 2X4 -face to face.

Maybe it was some of the guys on the site here, I've heard they say you didn't need any poles because you don't like to get fish blood in your V.

I had a scum bag kid come in my yard the other day as I was cleaning the boat. He was nice boat!! You fish much?? after some quick coments I said were you live, he said next st over.
He then asked if I minded if he cut thur my yard as my house is a double lot, so he can go from one st to the other in a few seconds.
I siad why don't you use the cut thru 2 doors down, he said the guy blocked with fence, I said how long you live here?? 8 years he says.

I say and you don't know that cut thru?? All the time he was looking at truck yard and boat!! I said go thru to the other st, but never never come thru here again or I will have to let the dog out and shoot!!

I am now collecting stuff to alarm the boat, I am going to put a pole up with a sensor light, aim the sensor hi as the boat, one side there will be a light, the other will be a home alarm horn, when they step up on the trailer to get in boat the sensor will turn the light and sound the horn, they should sh!t there pants fall off the trailer and break a leg (I hope!!)
 
I know what it feels like Lumber. Sucks big time. It probably won't help, but fill out the report anyways. You never know. Keep an eye on craigslist and local tackle shops. Sometimes the theives will pawn the goods at the tackle shops.
 
I blame it on the parents.

That is what I like about Japan,
I could let my laptop case in a train station and come back about a half hour later
and it would still be in the same spot.
They are taught from young that if it is not yours, don't touch it.

I am in Tokyo right now, you should see the view from my hotel room on the 19th floor.

Can't stand f%&$*$#g a$$whole thieving scumbag crack sh1thed kockwads:bat:........Sorry bud. Only advice I have has been said. Make the reports out! Don't know what you had, but if they had serial numbers document them and receipts help if you got them too.

Keep an eye open, don't tell to many people about it and ask around for fishing gear at local marinas, saying you are interested to buy. Chances are the guy doesn't know "you", you were just his unknown victim.

i know how you feel, what scumbag would want to steel somebodys fishing poles, give me a break, if a kid came up to my boay and askme for a pole i would give it to him/her and share my info on fishing with him/her you dont steel somebodys equipment thats low you feel violated hopefully somebody else would catch them cause there gonna do it again what a waiste sorry pal if you where around her,jersey i would give you a couple of poles sorry
 
THAT REALLY SUCKS!!!!! I hope ya catch em and beat the chit out of them! I hate a thief, theres no lower form of life in my opinion!
 
Sorry to hear that LS. happened to me a few years ago, broke into my car and took the stereo (no biggie) all the CD's (another no biggie) and my sons fishing pole... THAT was a GREAT biggie... my sons FIRST fishing pole...wtf?? I hated it for a long time. After we got re-tackled, and the look on my kids face when he landed a 10# black tip...made up for ALL of the hurt of being violated like we were. I DO still remember though, and will never give "them" another chance to rip me off.:bat::bat::bat:

sorry buddy that sucks.....some piece of sh&t stole my tackle box out of the jeep a few years ago....i know how you feel.
