The word is that they're not allowing this tradition for this year's parade (that of girls running into the parade to kiss the soldiers marching in it)

Yeah, it was just turrible!
 
Happy St. Patty's day to all. May the Sun always shine on your face, may the wind always be at your back, and may you be in Heaven with God for 3 hours before the devil knows you're dead.
 
And have the luck of the Irish without the curse, i.e. May you live in "interesting" times. My times are quite interesting enough without that.
