My v 20 is 40 years old this year and I want to ave a birthday cake for her, how can you tell what month she was made by reading the serial number? Does anyone know? Thanks And your all invited to the party, I will tell you what she needs,

I just purchased a 1978 V20 cuddy and can't wait to get it in the water. I have been boating for many years. The boats got bigger each time I made a purchase and its now turned into a cabin on the water. I have not been so focused and excited about fishing the great lakes for 15 years.

Great to see the love for boating and the V20 on this website.

used to be able to send number to wellcraft and they would tell u when and where it was sold new. which is the actual birthday.

wow, this brings up the whole "does life begin at conception or delivery" debate
 
Hi duke your going to love this site, there are so many boaters of wellcraft that are willing to help you I used them a lot and always got great advice I love my 78 and I'm sure you will too, I'm in nj And do see dome but not a lot like years ago of v20s out there Let us know how your day on the water went with your new boat ,. Your going to have issues with her but they can all be fixed,, good luck
