Thanks fellas.
After a regular hectic work day and a nice dinner at the local steak house with my wife and kids, my son and I went over to a farm pond for about an hour.
Caught a few dinks and a tiny crappie, then on the last cast right at dark I got my birthday present. I guessed 6 pounds, my son says 7, so we are calling it 6.5.
