Guess what I got for Christmas gift

Thank you guys for all your prayers and thoughts I'm doing okay A little sore today going to go home tomorrow talk to you tomorrow then

Wow Joe - you look pretty good in that video. Praying for your quick recovery and looking forward to updates as you go along.

Congrats on the new kidney. I truly hope it works out for you.
My mother was a hemodialysis nurse for over 25 years and was always pulling for her patients. She was very adamant about everyone in our family being organ donors. Sadly she was diagnosed with colon cancer at the age of 49 and passed at age 50. She was unable to donate her kidneys due to the cancer, which is what she wanted if she passed. Didn’t mean to derail, just wanted to show that nurses care quite a bit for the patients they care for.

Striper, so sorry for your loss. I literally walked in those same shoes.

NOTE TO ALL: Colon cancer, if caught early, is 100% curable. If caught after it goes thru the wall of the colon it's very hard to cure. My mom had it when she was 48, they caught it early and lived to 93. My point is ...go to the docs, get checked regularly. Not getting checked can be a lot worse than the test.

Nice to visit here for the first time in a while and see such great news. Best wishes Joe.
