Decided to do a couple of pork buts today in the smoker. Mr weatherman said we had a 30% chance of isolated storms, so of course it POURED 3 times in the 8 hour cooking process. Only tried a small sample, but tastes pretty good.
I do mostly turkeys and hams, but I have recently started doing buts and briskets. Need to rebuild my old smoker as my cabinet smoker just isn't big enough.
