Hey whopper, can you register your son on the site? One of the req's of the tourney was that you had to be a member. If not, we can put it to a vote amongst the participants to see if they will allow him to enter without being a registered member of the site. Now that the rules are set and people have paid, I can't make any decisions without the group. Not trying to be a hard @ss, just trying to be fair. Its not like we don't need more participants though ::)

If he does enter, that would be $20 a piece, so $40 for both. ;)

Just a thought Blue, because I have a friend or two I would probably be fishing with and I will also be doing it with my 14 yo son we could open this up and do it with integrity by allowing these others to join, pay their twenty bucks which we can use but they have to be brought in by a member and vouched for the Snagger they are fishing with.
More pay out, more friends and family, more money for Wind Talker - it's all good IMHO :)
 
I agree Willy - if everyone else agrees we can go that route!  So maybe I should ask - does anyone disagree with what brother Willy's proposal?  I too have a non-member friend that will never own a V20  ::) who has expressed interest in entering the tourney.

I think that children of members under 18, should be allowed to join in under the members name.

As for others, Well as much as I would like to see this thing take off, I also would like to see are member ship grow!!

Not all of us here own a V20 at this time but all share are love for boating and fishing!!
Even if they don't own a V20 they still have boating and fishing experince that can be heplful to all at some time.

So my VOTE is yes to members under 18 children, and no to non members.
 
800 members, asking for 2 .5 % of the membership to do a fishing tournament, and can't get it??

This is a terrible thing!! :-[
 
I'm good with whatever the consensus is! 8) under 18 is fine. anybody who wants in, let them in as long as they understand the rules. I'm easy...but I'm not cheap, nothing good is!
