First icefishing trip

We finally got out icefishing on Slave Lake this winter. The bite was on and the boys had three on the ice before I got a hook wet v1lol. we put in 4 hours of fishing with a grand total of 6 walleye for the table 4 released and 6 pike all released. chartruse and green jig head tipped with minnows and a blue\silver spoon tipped with a minnow was the magic.

this is a friends shanty he has it all rigged with a propane stove\heater a wood stove solar panels for the led lights. Also a heated porta potty

That looks like fun! Theres nothing like catching some fish with your kids. Id like to try that sometime. Thanks for the pictures.
