Some here will tell you that the 115 is enough. I have an I/O so I cannot tell you. Looks like a pretty nice rig for the price.

Mine new, came with a 125 on it and did great with it (so says my father).
I would expect that one to do 25 to 30 mph (maybe better).
One thing I've found out, this step V hull completely changes how it will get up and go, either underpowered or overloaded.
Have the money in hand and ask for a wet run.
