2015 tices shoal rally

Update. 200 is running like a champ. Thought everything was good to go. ..
It's not, boat is not ready so no, I will not be there. I'll probably be there the following weekend, but this one is a bust. .. Mad, disappointed and generally upset right now and really, I don't want to talk about it.
 
Mechanically it's fine. Both engines are in great running condition. There are a few wiring issues I was working on. The main reason is my doc advised against the outing. My heart went into A-Fib again. I'll probably be in the hospital by Thurs for a cardiovert. If it doesn't hold then my next visit will probably be for heart surgery to ablate the nerves causing the problem. Doesn't matter... water under the bridge now...
 
We had a great time seeing the regular crew. The weather was great and the scenery was even better. Saw a few other v's loitering about but they weren't from the forum. Better luck next time Destroyer. Pretty soon we'll have to start a new thread "101 excuses of Destroyer". I could go on and bust your chops more but it's really not worth my time. I'd much rather DO something with my V than write abut it.

I met a guy recently used to live around Chesapeake Bay...I had on an old V20 T shirt...right outta the blue he sez, I had one of those...blows my mind!!...:fam:

Well gee Pete, if you really want to DO something useful with your v, why don't you just shove it up your a$$?... I mean, I suppose I could go on and comment about what a complete and utter a$$hole you are, but really, you're not worth my time.

I really want to be there and I will if I am able. I just didn't want to commit this early, I have back surgery coming up..?? It was a very good time and I would bring my best half this go. Plus Melissa that makes three. We are all for it... :party:

Hopefully everything goes well and you recover in time to get there. We all had such a great time and I'm hoping to repeat that again this time.
 
Hard to top last go round there, but won't it be fun trying. I would be willing to go halves on a house, or whatever. Handlines up the Wando. That is code for fishin with Capt. Lee or GarageNC, or Glow Stick Pimp..whatever the alias this week.. Such a hipster that guy. I just want him on the Ridge Runner if we are gonna fish, then Michelle and maybe Addey can bring her old man... Wait a minute that will be like 20 people on Ridge Runner. I can get jazzed about Charleston. I liked the company and the surroundings. Hope to see some new faces, meet some new folks. Last time we met a non-member V-owner at the filling station adjacent to where we had breakfast. You never know.
