After some problems we got the V20 running and started out. Stalled wouldn't restart. Towed back to the dock. Fuel pump came loose. Put that back and took off.

No more problems after that. This boat rides and performs well we had a great day.. Thanks to youall...

Excellent! Is that an old IH Scout in the driveway? Boy that brings back memories.

Damn Chum... you've got good eyes!! I agree on the memories. My first Scout was a 1973 w/the 304 gas engine. My second was a 1982(?) with the Nissan 722 Diesel engine. Both were great cars, except that I don't think IH ever learned the meaning of the word "rustproofing". Both of my Scouts eventually sucumed to horrible body rot...to the point that what was left of the body was literally falling off the frame on the 73'. Still, they were a fun ride while they lasted.

Ambush, that second picture is what owning a V20 is all about. You're building memories that your kids will cherish for the rest of their lives.
Congrats on the successful splashdown.

1St Ride

Yeah it was a great ride loved every min of it.

1965 IH Baby scout 800 with a 196 4 speed bought it in CA about 10 yrs ago almost rust free...Now thats a great little truck.

My son already said i guess I'll be seeing a lot of you Dad...His two kids are wonderfull and they sure had fun even steered the boat.:fam:
