1988 V20 Stepift cuddy cabin project

Uncovered my 1988 V20 this year after 10 years in storage. After I removed the cover, found the floor soft and it wouldn't run. Puring some gas into the carb got it to fire up, but soon found a fuse plug had rusted through on a 2001 Mercrusier 235HP. Pulled the engine and found stringer rot and it's now time to find someone who can restore it. Transom and Hull seems soild but there is aft stringer rot for sure.
Has a 2001 4.3 Mercrusier 4.1 with an Alpha 1. Llikely less than 300 hours.
Sand and paint refinish in 2011.

Love this boat but it's time for a new home.

Good looking hull. Looks like a great candidate for closing the transom and adding a bracket and OB.
