Are most newer boats in the 20 foot range set up with 2 batteries? Having had the Pipe Dream for so long with its 2-battery setup I was just wondering if that's still the most common arrangement.

1983. Back then she was pushed along by a 155 Johnson commercial engine. The Miracle Motor -- it lasted 20 years. Bottom right in pic 2 is an outboard on my buddy's Whaler.

A buddy sent me some photos of the Pipe Dream taken back around 2001, before the repaint and repower. It was the best of times…

This is an "old" thread (last Oct/Nov), but I couldn't help but notice that on the Wellcraft V-20 Forums page, over on the right side it shows "Trending content." The first 3 of 5 threads listed are recent threads, but the 4th and 5th ones are political threads going back to 2021 and 2022...

Got out for a run Saturday. Engine serviced, new Sea Star, bottom paint. Good to go!

I could tell you about the $5K repair and maintenance bill that I just paid on the old Pipe Dream. But I don't really want to . . . Maybe soon I can find some time to go fishing!
