Anyone have any experience (good or bad) with removing the standard soft Bimini and installing heavier gauge stainless/aluminum canopy (something similar to “Disturbed” on this site) Looking at taking on this modification if I can get a good plan of action.

V21. Did you have to move your oil tank on the right side of the transom? (When in the boat looking back to motor)

A little update. Went to take those gauges off so I could send them to GaugeSaver. This is what I found. So much for restoring them 🙃

Do most of y’all’s boats have the perko type battery switch installed? Was this factory? If you do have the switch, what type battery are you using? (Ie starter on #1, deep cycle/all purpose on #2?). I am thinking of using both slots as an all purpose with ample CCA, but if someone can advise me...
