She didnt avoid the question, she answered "I dont know" THat is a lie, how does a grown woman not know what a woman is? Joe is the one that said he is going to nominate a black woman, right? If she doesnt know what a woman is why is it important to have a woman take this job?
 
The judge declined to answer the question in biological terms. Instead, she answered truthfully: “I know that I am a woman,” she said.
 
She didn’t answer the question. She, from her perspective, could probably have honestly answered that she knew biologically, but from the legal/human rights side, she would have to reserve judgment until she was hearing a case. So she wasn’t truthful and seems pretty clear she lied, as lawyers, particularly trial lawyers, are very inclined to do.
 
Donald Trump absolutely lied about K Brown Jackson - this is EXACTLY what Trump said :

“ Judge Jackson was unbelievably disrespectful to Republican Senators that in many cases were really nicely asking questions," Trump said. "She had total disdain and even hatred for them."

Trump said this at his rally in Georgia - and his crowd boooo’d about Brown in response.

THE TRUTH HOWEVER is Brown was VERY POLITE - NOT RUDE AT ALL as she was grilled and frequently interrupted by Republicans as she answered questions .

This is ONE EXAMPLE of why TRUMP must be fact checked - because he’s a lying cheating con man traitor to all Americans.
