Hmm... I wonder why he texted Meadows instead of his own father? You would think that if it were really urgent he would have called his dad instead of texting someone else. :head:

Obviously trump jr thought Meadows could get his dad to act better or faster than he could.
Or security limits cell texts directly to the President .
Or both.

The truth is now being released as FACT that trumps a lying cheating con man traitor to our nation. He should be placed into our super max prison accordingly
 
I’m not inclined to trust the NYT for honest, unbiased reporting and I’m definitely not going to be coerced by them to sign up for a subscription. Too bad they require that - I would have read the article.

So, explain to me how Don jr or Fox texting Meadows is somehow bad? They recognized that the situation was getting out of hand and sent messages to Meadows to ask/tell the President to say something. Where is the illegality in that?

Despite these attempts to get trump to tell his rioters to stop - he wouldn’t do so for at least 1-1-1/2 hours as people from his son to Fox News pleaded with Meadows to get trump to stand up .

Trump was enjoying watching on tv - the lying cheating con man traitor

Regarding CNN , it’s not that I LIKE CNN it’s that their news reporting is MUCH more accurate and with WAY LESS spin than Fox and affiliates.

And we have the time line from that to when trump FINALLY spoke up 1-1/2 hours later .
Why did trump the self proclaimed law and order President long delay his statement ?
Because he WANTED the violent mob to continue their assault on our institution, our people and our democracy.

You keep bringing up that time line of an hour and a half before President Trump spoke up. So I'm curious.... How long was it until after the President spoke out before the demonstrating stopped? Do you think that it would have stopped sooner if he spoke up earlier? Do you know what he (Trump) was really doing, who he was conferring with, during that time period? WHY is the hour and a half so important to you?

No one is denying the fact that the texts were sent. But you are injecting your opinion into the equation by referring to the texts as "pleading" or of the President as "preferring" the violent attack when in fact you don't know that as truth since you were not there.

I wasn’t there to witness the a bomb over Japan either - but it happened.
The result was clear and factual.

Same as what occurred at our Capitol on Jan 6 , who did what, and who didn’t.
