Yamaha 250 powerhead.

My buddy slung a rod in his 00' 250 Yamy. We are trying to source a used or low priced re-man powerhead. He will be ready to purchase in the next month or so.

Any help would be appreciated.

HARDCORE MARINE in FT LAUDERDALE FL and ARG MARINE both normally have some 250 YAMAHA's laying around. Be prepared though as the 250's are EXPENSIVE! I've got one that needs rebuilt but can't justify the $1500 or so in parts that it would take for a rebuild kit and all the crank bearings.
